🆕 Improvements & New Functionalities
🌐 Web Application
𝌧 Improvements have been made to the Production Planning application (MRP): results are now displayed grouped by department and production lines, providing a clearer and more organized view of the planning.
A new functionality has been created in the MRP application, making it possible to view dependent products more easily, facilitating the analysis of production needs.
Several improvements have been made to the MRP pages to make the experience simpler, more consistent, and clearer:
On the Results page, Shift selection now depends on the selected Production Line, with both now available in a single modal;
Also in the MRP Results, a new modal has been created for individual line updates, allowing changes to the Production Line, Shift, and Production Version, while the bulk update modal keeps only Line and Shift;
On the Manage Results page, the Shift and Production Version fields are now displayed as non-editable labels, making them clearly identified;
On the Production Line Occupancy page, the list has been updated with the Production Version field converted into a non-editable label, and the header has been improved with a grid layout for greater visual clarity.
Improvements have been made to the Slaughter Plans application: it is now possible to record rejection weights, ensuring that this information is correctly associated in the system. Weight and Average Weight fields have been added to the modal and the rejection list, providing greater accuracy in process control.
Improvements have been made to the creation of Slaughter Plans: when selecting the production line, users now see only the shifts associated with that line, and shifts from other production lines are no longer shown.
Improvements have been made to the Production Orders application, specifically in the “Manage Results” option of a PO: when the production version of a product with co-products is changed, the line and center of the respective co-products are also automatically updated to the newly selected version.
Improvements have been made to production order creation: when selecting the production line, users now see only the shifts associated with that line, and shifts from other production lines are no longer shown.
Improvements have been made to the Materials application: by clicking on any material, users can now view the stock levels of that material by center, similarly to what was already possible at batch level.
A new functionality has been created in the Shipping application: users can now assign delivery notes to planned loads, making it easy to decide which delivery notes are included in each load. This flexibility is especially useful in cross-docking scenarios, allowing users to easily adjust what goes on a vehicle and what remains in the warehouse according to the defined route.
Improvements have been made to the Reception and Shipping applications: the warning message that prevents completing a document with unclassified handling units has been improved and is now also available in picking on the web version, in addition to mobile.
📱 Mobile
🔂 A new functionality has been created in picking for the Reception, Shipping, Production, and Warehouse apps, allowing quality controls to be performed immediately after each pick, or alternatively at the end of all picking operations, as was already possible before. This option requires configuration in the back office.
Improvements have been made to the Production Orders application in picking:
The default location shown is now the location associated with the document’s production line;
Previously, the location defined in the document series was shown, which did not make sense in the context of the production module;
With this improvement, the products resulting from the lines are directed to the correct location defined in those lines, rather than to the series location.
Improvements have been made to Quality Controls (QA):
They now support Observations, allowing users to register comments and additional notes directly in the controls;
The interface has been revised to make adding observations and comments clearer;
Detail issues have been fixed (such as the absence of the batch on the quality control page), and navigation in modals has been improved, which can now redirect to the detail page when applicable;
The product batch history has also been updated, now correctly showing the link to the production order.
🪩 Back-Office
🌍 A new multilingual functionality has been created, allowing a user with back-office permissions to define the platform language for each user. English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French are currently available, and new languages will be added progressively to support the growing diversity of teams in customers’ factories.
🎯 Bug Corrections
🌐 Web Application
Improvements have been made to the Planning and Production Orders applications: when changing a production order, the system now ensures automatic consistency between the selected production version and the respective department, avoiding planning misalignments.
The error in the Reception and Shipping applications has been fixed: when updating lines in Intercompany documents, line duplication no longer occurs in the sales document. Deleted lines (status N) are no longer recreated when quantities are updated in other lines.
