This release expands operational control across Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Quality workflows. It introduces smarter GS1 barcode handling for pallet labels, new tare summary reporting by partner/product, DOMO-ready reception planning integration queries, and the first phase of deviation grading in Quality controls, helping teams move from manual interpretation to more consistent, data-driven decisions.
🆕 Improvements & New Functionalities
🌐 Web Application
Added support for Quality Acceptance Deviation for non-conforming quality forms.
Quality controls that fail can now be enriched with a computed deviation grade, helping QA distinguish between slight, moderate, and critical deviations.
The Accepted / NotAccepted result remains unchanged, while deviation metadata adds operational context and auditability.
Ability to create occurences manually
Added a new Tares Summary report by Partner/Product.
Users can view tare movements and summed tare information by partner and product.
Added filtering by date range, product, and partner.
Added navigation from Partner details to related Tares Summary information.
Added support for the integration of reception planning data with DOMO.
Created the core reception planning integration query.
Added reception planning refuse-cause data so DOMO reporting can include both planning execution and related refuse-cause context.
📱 Mobile
Improved GS1 barcode reading for pallet labels that include AI30 but do not include AI37.
When reading a pallet barcode with AI02 and AI30, the system now assumes AI37 = 1 by default.
This allows the mobile flow to correctly interpret the number of units identified in AI30 while keeping pallet label scanning consistent.
