This release introduces a unified view of production-line stock, grouped by material and product classification, with product and batch. Teams can compare raw material availability against Production Order requirements, identify shortages, and create stock movement requests directly from the same screen—for replenishment from the warehouse or transfers back to it—while WMS remains responsible for executing the physical movements.

Production-Line Stock Visibility & Movement Requests
A new Production Line Stock Existence screen brings stock visibility and warehouse movement requests together, helping production and operations teams identify shortages and coordinate replenishment and transfers without switching between separate stock and WMS flows.
View stock across production-line locations: Stock is grouped by classification—raw materials, produced products, by-products — with product, batch, quantity, unit, location, and stock status details.
Compare stock with production needs: Select a Production Order to compare current stock against Technical List requirements. For raw materials, see expected, available, missing, and already-requested quantities, including required materials with no current stock.
Request replenishment: Select raw materials and request transfers from the warehouse to the corresponding production-line locations. Suggested quantities account for existing stock and quantities already requested, and can be edited before submission.
Request transfers to the warehouse: Select produced products or by-products for transfer from production-line locations to the warehouse, preserving selected batch where applicable.
Coordinate execution with WMS: Movement requests retain the production-line, Production Order, product, quantity, and location context. Creating a request does not move stock; WMS operators execute the physical transfer.
