Release Notes - 2026.45 - October 27, 2026

This release improves production workflows with more flexible weighing units and clearer visibility of production order weighings, a new SSCC app with support for generating production orders, and improvements to production order creation from slaughter plans.

🆕 Improvements & New Functionalities

Flexible Weighing & Production Visibility

The tablet weighing workflow gives operators greater control over weighing units and container setup, with easier product lookup and clearer production information. These improvements help teams match the system to real packing operations, reduce navigation and keep track of unfinished weighing work.

  • Weigh in the unit that fits the operation: Choose a valid weighing unit configured for the product and applicable to the order, instead of being forced to weigh individual units. For example, an order for 10 boxes can use Box where applicable, with the selection carried into the weighing, packaging and label-generation flow.

  • Adapt container setup to the packing operation: Weigh products without a pallet when needed, change container units of measure, and include or exclude parent container levels in the settings—supporting different packing arrangements.

  • Find products faster: Search the product list during weighing, with products ordered according to the technical list, reducing time spent locating the next item.

  • Keep production information easier to follow: Improved tablet weighing history, production order information in the SSCC list, and refreshed order quantities after a container is weighed help teams check recorded output and its order context.

  • Avoid overlooking unfinished weighings: When attempting to terminate a production order, users are informed if weighings are still in progress, helping them address outstanding work before completing the order.

Create Reconditioning Orders from SSCCs

The new tablet-first SSCC app connects warehouse stock selection with reconditioning execution in Workstation. Operators can find an eligible SSCC and generate its production order with the source associated as raw material and fully consumed at creation, reducing separate order-entry and consumption steps.

  • Find and inspect the right stock: Consult SSCCs in stock and use search and filters, including container type, to locate the source. Review product, batch, expiry, quantity, weight and location where applicable before proceeding.

  • Turn source stock into an order with less manual entry: Create a reconditioning production order from the selected SSCC using the configured order type/group, without separately entering the source as raw material.

  • Make the stock impact clear: The confirmation explains that the entire source will be consumed immediately and will no longer be available for sales reservation, helping operators understand the consequence before confirming.

  • Hand over to Workstation without repeating consumption: The resulting order remains Not started, ready for the existing Workstation execution flow with the selected source already consumed. No second consumption or picking of that source is required.

  • Keep warehouse and production connected: The source SSCC, consumption movement, production order and produced boxes remain linked through existing traceability mechanisms, supporting follow-up across the reconditioning workflow.

Easier Production Order Creation from Slaughter Plans

Production order creation from slaughter plans now includes the previously missing mandatory product-batch fields. Teams can capture the required batch information within the creation workflow, supporting more complete production records and reducing follow-up corrections.

  • Capture required batch details at creation: Enter the previously missing product-batch fields when creating a production order from the slaughter plan, keeping essential information within the same workflow.

🎯 Minor Improvements

Keep reception planning states consistent: A related fix ensures that changing a reception plan to Open also updates its planning-item states, helping operators work with consistent status information.
