When a new team member has been invited they receive an email to log into the site. In this email is a temporary password they need to use. Then upon login they will create and confirm their own password.
If too many days have gone by, and a team member you’ve invited didn’t log in, it’s possible they will receive a notification that their temporary password has expired. No worries! It’s easy to resend the invite.
Navigate to the My Store dashboard and locate that team member. Click on the three dot action menu at the end of the row and choose Resend Invite.
They’ll receive another invite email with a new temporary password to log in with.
