Once you've created a brand card, added quick links, tags, etc., you can go back in and edit or delete that information.

To edit a Brand Card click on the pencil icon to go into the Edit Brand Card page. Edit or add content to the fields and click Save for changes to take effect.

To delete a Brand Card click on the pencil icon to go into the Edit Brand Card page. At the bottom of this page is the button to Delete Brand Card. After you click on the button you will get a confirmation message to verify the deletion. Click Delete to remove the brand card from your store.

Important note: When deleting a brand card, all associated contacts and tasks will also be deleted.

Deleting associated assets

When you delete a brand card you have an option to delete any assets associated with that brand. Checking the box to ‘delete associated assets’ will delete them along with the workspace and they will no longer be available. If you would like to retain these assets in the Assets dashboard, do not check the ‘delete associated assets’ box, and BrandKeep will move the assets from a deleted workspace to the ‘All’ tab on the Assets dashboard so they are still accessible.
