What are Workspaces
Updated over a week ago

Workspaces are a way to classify your brand assets that represent your team/store workflow. Like categories, workspaces are ideal when applying a filter to focus on a specific workflow.

  • An example of a workspace could be using them to align with your seasonal buying-selling cycles, e.g., “Fall 2023” and "Spring 2024".
Or, you could create workspaces according to the roles your team have in BrandKeep, e.g., "Marketing", "Purchasing", or "Accounting".

  • Workspaces are brand dependent, meaning that you can only associate a workspace to an asset that is first assigned to a brand card. However, using the same workspace naming conventions across all of your brands allows you to easily filter and view all the assets within the workspace across all brands.

Here is an example of filtering to a workspace called "Fall Season" that multiple brands have assets associated with.
