  • because it will be the foundations for automated workflows (eg. auto-tasks creation)

  • adding some flexibility was needed to build what is perfect for your use case

1. Last Interaction

⚠️ For now this feature only works for new interaction. We'll try to make it work retroactively too.

  • this filter takes into account both email and socials interactions

2. Tables customization

  • you can re-order columns

  • you can re-name columns

  • you create new attributes

  • the 'People' section has its own display

  • the 'Company' section has its own display

For now, NOT ALL CELLS are editable straight away. You'll sometimes need to go the lead itself to update the fields.

You can also sort some field by ascending/descending (eg. focus on the weakest to strongest leads in the lead scoring system).

3. Pinned sidebar

We also improve the navigation with a redesign of the pinned sidebar if you don't like to have the menu all the time on your left.
