Who Can Access Billing Settings
Note: Organization settings, including billing options, are only available to users with Owner or Admin roles. If you're a Member, you'll need to contact your organization's Owner or Admin for billing assistance.
Accessing Billing Settings
Got to settings
Click on Organization settings at the bottom
You now have access to your billing. From there you can change your number of seats, change the plan you're on and see how many social accounts have been connected in the limits of your plan.
You can also see your past invoices if you scroll down inside billing and download them
Troubleshooting Billing Section Issues
If the billing section appears blank or doesn't display properly:
Refresh your browser: A quick browser reload often resolves display issues.
Log out and log back in: Wait at least 1 minute before logging back in.
If issues persist, contact Breakcold's support team for assistance.
