Step 1: Check Your Current Subscription Status
We don’t store personal account details in our support system, so the first step is to manually check your account status:
Go to Settings
Select Organisation Settings
Click on Plans
This will show your current subscription details.
Step 2: Confirm Workspace Access
Make sure you're in the correct workspace:
Navigate to Settings
At the bottom left, ensure you’ve selected the correct workspace associated with your LTD
Step 3: Verify Your Email
If you're unsure whether you used the right email:
Double-check the email used to purchase your LTD
For example, the email
ameer@trailblazermktg.com
is currently linked to a cancelled workspaceIf you used a different email for your LTD account, try signing in with that one
