Troubleshooting Lifetime Deal Access Issues

If you're logging into Breakcold and noticing that your account subscription has been cancelled despite previously purchasing a Lifetime Deal (LTD), here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check Your Current Subscription Status

We don’t store personal account details in our support system, so the first step is to manually check your account status:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Organisation Settings

  3. Click on Plans

This will show your current subscription details.

Step 2: Confirm Workspace Access

Make sure you're in the correct workspace:

  • Navigate to Settings

  • At the bottom left, ensure you’ve selected the correct workspace associated with your LTD

Step 3: Verify Your Email

If you're unsure whether you used the right email:

  • Double-check the email used to purchase your LTD

  • For example, the email ameer@trailblazermktg.com is currently linked to a cancelled workspace

  • If you used a different email for your LTD account, try signing in with that one

Step 4: Contact Support

If you're still having trouble:

  • Reach out to our support team
