1. Push leads from Breakcold to a HeyReach campaign MANUALLY
Once you've installed the HeyReach integration by using your HeyReach's API key:
Go to the people section
Select a list
Filter the leads the way you want
Click on the three dots on the top right next to display and click on push to HeyReach
Choose the Campaign where you want the leads to go
2. Push leads from Breakcold to a HeyReach campaign AUTOMATICALLY
Push leads from Breakcold to HeyReach AUTOMATICALLY when leads enter a specific list and sales pipeline stage.
3. Workflow ideas with this integration:
Push leads to a nurturing multi-channel campaign once you've moved them to a re-engage sales pipeline stage
Liking and commenting 1 to 3 LinkedIn posts with Breakcold to social warm leads THEN move them to a sales pipeline stage named HeyReach campaign to push leads to a send LinkedIn invites and push it back to Breakcold once accepted.
Move leads from the pipeline stage "Discovery Call" to "No-Show" and automatically send a LinkedIn message to try to get them back (imo the calendly email sequence features are not great to make people re-book).
4. Do you guys plan to release an integration from HeyReach to Breakcold?Good question π€
For now you'll have to use the webhook feature of HeyReach and combine it with Zapier, Make or other to push positive replies to Breakcold (that's what most people do).
Along the way, the HeyReach team might make the experience seamless on their side to have a perfect double-way sync' (don't harass them though, they're aware of the demand, we even setup a Slack channel for it π)
5. Do you have case studies showcasing real life workflows between HeyReach and Breakcold that got RESULTS?
Yes.
We'll soon drop a 16 minutes video case study of Steven Brady that perfectly took advantage of both softwares to get results for himself and clients.
He added $17,250/mo in less than 4 months with workflows between HeyReach and Breakcold even before the native integration.

We're 1 week late on the dates displayed but we should catch up in the next 2 weeks by shipping more to compensate.
Right now we're shipping the outbound tool integrations (1), we'll then move on to other categories (eg. email enrichment, calling etc).
