2 months ago, I realized with Alex's case study that we started to have more and more Breakcold customers using Reply.

So we decided to ship Reply as one of the first native integrations on Breakcold πŸ”₯

1. Push leads from Breakcold to a Reply sequence MANUALLY

Once you've installed the Reply integration by using your Reply's API key:

  1. Go to the people section

  2. Select a list

  3. Filter the leads the way you want

  4. Click on the three dots on the top right next to display and click on push to Reply.io

  5. Choose the Sequence where you want the leads to go

The leads will then be in your sequence and also in the contacts section of Reply in the corresponding sequence list.

2. Push leads from Breakcold to a Reply sequence AUTOMATICALLY

Push leads from Breakcold to Reply AUTOMATICALLY when leads enter a specific list and sales pipeline stage.

For example you can say:

When leads enter the CUSTOMERS list AND go to the stage Nurture Conversation THEN push them automatically to the Engaged LinkedIn Sequence (see picture below)

I believe that this use case is very good because it allows you to automate your workflows.

There are many use cases as with Reply you can build multi-channel sequences (incl. WhatsApp & SMS which is rare on some tools)

3. Workflow ideas with this integration:

  • Push leads to a nurturing multi-channel campaign once you've moved them to a re-engage sales pipeline stage

  • Liking and commenting 1 to 3 LinkedIn posts with Breakcold to social warm leads THEN move them to a sales pipeline stage named REPLY campaign to push leads to a cold multi-channel sequence (with LinkedIn, Email & WhatsApp).

  • Move leads from the pipeline stage "Discovery Call" to "No-Show" and automatically send a cold email to try to get them back (imo the calendly email sequence features are not great to make people re-book).

4. Why it's not possible to push leads from Reply to Breakcold? For example pushing positive replies to Breakcold?

Good question πŸ€“

Normally it's the job of the other software (here its Reply) to ship this integration natively on their side.

But we don't know if they might be able to ship if rapidly or at all.

So depending on what happens we'll try to find a workaround to build something for you so that you have a perfect native integration on both ends 🫑

If you're a customer of the software, you can also harass them to integrate us ahah

5. What are the upcoming integrations?

You can see the upcoming integrations by going to the App Store section of Breacold here.

We're 1 week late on the dates displayed but we should catch up in the next 2 weeks by shipping more to compensate.

Right now we're shipping the outbound tool integrations (1), we'll then move on to other categories (eg. email enrichment, calling etc).

You can request a new integration with the button in the App Store section (bottom right of this image).
