Why is the tracking not working even though my LinkedIn accounts are connected?

If tracking isn’t working despite your LinkedIn account being connected, here are a few things to check:

  1. Make sure you're using the Breakcold Chrome extension – Tracking only works when actions are performed through the extension.

  2. Check if you're logged into the correct LinkedIn account – If multiple accounts are used, make sure the one connected to Breakcold is the one you're actively using.

  3. Verify that your LinkedIn sync is still active – Go to Settings > Accounts > LinkedIn and ensure the connection hasn’t expired or disconnected.

  4. You might not have granted the correct permissions – The LinkedIn account owner must give tracking access to team members in the permissions settings.

  5. Reinstall the Breakcold extension – If tracking remains inactive, try removing and reinstalling the extension to ensure you're using the latest version.
