Our Rota, Time & Attendance module can be configured to flag shift violations to HR users.

This means that if your team clock in late, or clock out early, this will be reported. Shift violations will show on the Timesheet overview.

When a shift violation occurs, the Timesheet will appear as red (with a warning triangle in the top right) to flag which Timesheet has had a violation:

You can customise these settings within the Timesheet settings area. You can also choose different violation periods depending on what your business needs are.

As shown in the example below, a violation will occur if someone clocks in more than 10 minutes late, or more than 10 minutes early:

Within the Timesheet settings area, you can also choose whether all timesheets are automatically approved (by a company admin or HR user), or whether all timesheets without violations should be automatically approved.

You also have the option to auto-approve all timesheets without violations, except self-assigned timesheets (as shown in the example below).

Existing customers can now trial our Rota, Time & Attendance module for 14 days, free of charge. You can easily explore the software in detail & help you decide whether it's right for your business. Why not take out a free trial today?
