How to reach out to the healthcare provider?

Need to get in touch with a healthcare provider or the clinical support team? Here's how you can do it:

Send a Message Through Your Profile:

  • Log in to Your Profile: Head over to your Patient Dashboard and log in using your credentials. 🖥️

  • Navigate to the Message Center: Once you're logged in, easily find the "Message Center" section. 💬

  • Select Clinical Chat: Here, you can send your questions or concerns directly to a healthcare provider for assistance.

You can also give the Clinical Support Team a call at (855) 983-5347. Simply select option 3 to be connected with a team member during the following hours:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PST
