Step 1: The Approval Process
Once your order is received, it needs to be reviewed and approved by a healthcare provider. To ensure a thorough and timely review, please make sure you've completed the following steps:
Filled out the clinical intake questionnaires: This helps the provider understand your needs and goals. 📝
Send your identification: This verifies your identity for a secure process. 🆔
Provide your prescription: If you are currently on this treatment, please share the medication you’re using and, if available, upload a copy of your current prescription or a clear photo of the vials. This helps ensure a smooth review and approval process. 💊
Step 2: What Happens After Approval?
Great news! Once your order receives medical approval, your prescription is promptly sent to a qualified pharmacy for compounding. This is where your medication is prepared with care! ✨
Please allow about 5-7 business days for your medication to be expertly compounded and ready 🚚
🔔 Live Update: Approved orders in areas marked “Available (No Shipping Delays)” on our interactive map are expected to ship within 5–7 business days. For all other order statuses, please refer to the interactive map on our homepage for the most up-to-date processing timelines.
You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your medication is on its way. You can also easily check your tracking status directly from your patient dashboard. 📦
To review your prescription details and important usage instructions, please refer to the email from your provider titled: "Your Prescription Has Been Approved – Product Instructions Included."
Important Notes:
✉️You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once the tracking label is created.
If your shipping label is created after the 6 p.m. CST Friday cutoff time or anytime over the weekend, the package will be picked up by the carrier on the following Monday or Tuesday.
