Before using Brello Rise on your TV, you’ll need to complete a quick sign-in step using a web browser.
👉 Why is this needed?
TV devices don’t support full account verification on their own. Signing in through a browser first activates and links your account, so your TV can recognize it.
If this step is skipped, sign-in on your TV may not work.
What to Expect
This is a one-time setup
It only takes a minute
You won’t need to do it again unless you log out or switch devices
Step 1: Sign In on the Web
(Open Chrome, Safari, etc. on your phone or computer)
Go to: https://rise.brellohealth.com/sign_in
Sign in using your email and password
✅ Keep this tab open, you’ll use it in the next step
Step 2: Sign In on Your TV
Open the Brello Rise app on your TV and select Sign In
You can choose:
Email & Password
QR Code (faster)
If using QR code:
Scan it with your phone or
Enter the code into your browser
