⚠️ Important: We can only guarantee a successful address change if you submit your request before a tracking label is created for your order. We'll do our very best, but once the label is made, we can't always guarantee a change!
Steps to Update Your Address
Log In to Your Account 🔑
Head over to the Account Login page to sign in.
Navigate to Your Addresses 📍
In the menu on the left side of your screen, click on "Addresses."
Open the Request Form 📝
You'll see a box that says "Request Shipping Address Update." Click "Open" to get started.
Fill Out the Form ✍️
Enter all the new details for your shipping address.
Submit Your Request ✅
Click "Send Request" to send your information to our team.
Our Customer Service team will review your request right away to see if the change is possible for your order. We'll let you know as soon as we have an update for you! 💖
