What is a course:
A course consists of short and focused learning content to help learners grasp a broad concept. All of our courses consist of a series of interactive lessons, activities and/or videos that guide the learner through the material, making the learning process engaging and effective.
Organizations can group multiple courses to make up a Learning Program to then distribute to your athletes, coaches & staff within your organization.

How to use a course:
Courses will be used to create Programs for your athletes, coaches and staff. You can combine courses into programs that relate to a specific topic or you can create a program that consists of multiple different topics.

Program Name: Freshman Resources
โCourses: "Habits for Academic Success," "Time Management," "Welcome to College"Program Name: Mental Health for Student Athletes
โCourses: "Mental Health in Sport for Athletes," "Mental Recovery Techniques," "Resilience & Grit"
