Editing Group-Assigned Programs in Business Hub

The BridgeAthletic Business Hub allows you to sell customized training programs and manage these programs efficiently. When you edit group-assigned programs, you can ensure your clients receive the most up-to-date training while maintaining control over program distribution.

Understanding Program Versions in the Training Library

When you attach a program to a Business Hub product, BridgeAthletic creates a cloned version of your original program. This system helps you maintain multiple versions for different purposes.

Program Version Labels

You'll see these program versions in your library:

  • Original Program: Displays a gray Unassigned label (or green Assigned if manually assigned previously)

  • Business Hub Version: Shows a blue Business Hub label - this cloned version is tied to your store product

Bridge Tip: Always check the program label before editing to ensure you're modifying the correct version.


Group vs Individual Assignments

When clients purchase your program, the Business Hub version gets cloned and assigned based on your product settings.

Group Assignment

  • All purchasers join a single cloned program version

  • The product page name appears in the program title

  • You can manage the entire group collectively through one program

Individual Assignment

  • Each purchaser receives their own program copy

  • The client's name appears in the program title for easy identification

  • Edits to one client's program won't affect other purchasers


Editing a Program used in the Business Hub

When you need to improve or update a program that's currently for sale, you can edit the Business Hub version without affecting clients who have already purchased. This ensures new purchasers receive your latest programming while existing clients continue with their current version.

To update the program for future purchasers:

  1. Navigate to your Program Library

  2. Locate the program with the blue Business Hub label

  3. Click to open the program

  4. Make your desired edits directly to this version

  5. Save your changes

Bridge Tip: Changes to the Business Hub version will only affect future purchasers. Current clients with assigned programs won't see these updates.


Editing Assigned Programs

Once clients purchase and receive their program, it becomes an "Assigned" version. To modify programs for current clients:

  1. Find the program with the Assigned label in your library

  2. Open the specific assigned program version

  3. Make the necessary edits

  4. Save your changes

These modifications will only apply to the clients assigned to this specific program version.
