Clearly labeling workouts is essential for both coaches and athletes, especially when using playlist programs. Follow these simple steps to edit a workout name in the Builder:

Step 1: Double-click the workout name

By default, this will be labeled as "Day 1 - Week 1," etc.

Step 2: Enter a new workout name

Choose a descriptive name so athletes or clients can easily understand their session focus.

The below example is showing how to edit workout names to guide the scheduled workouts while still allowing the flexibility of a playlist assigned program.

Examples of Effective Workout Names:

  • Split Days – If you are programming split days, rename workouts accordingly (e.g., "Lower Body Strength," "Upper Body Power"). For more details, refer to our guide on How to Program Split Days.

  • Workout Focus – Make it clear what the session entails, such as "Total Body," "Upper Body & Mobility," or "Speed & Agility."

Mobile View:

When athletes access their workouts via mobile, the updated names will appear, ensuring clarity and easy navigation.

By keeping workout names clear and concise, you improve the athlete’s training experience and streamline their workout flow.
