Chrome & Safari Requirements: Access a Learning Program and Complete a Course

How to set up necessary settings for your browser to access Learning Programs and complete Learning Courses

To ensure a seamless experience accessing your Learning Programs and completing courses, certain browser settings must be disabled—particularly when using Safari.

Google Chrome is the most compatible browser with the BridgeAthletic platform


Safari Settings

Disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click Safari in the top-left navigation bar, then select Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Privacy tab.

  4. Uncheck the box next to Prevent cross-site tracking.

Disable Block All Cookies

  1. In Safari, go to Safari > Settings.

  2. Click on the Privacy tab.

  3. Ensure Block all cookies is unchecked.

Note: If you're still having trouble accessing your course, try clearing your browser cache and restarting Safari.


Chrome Settings

Allow Third-Party Cookies

  1. Open Google Chrome.​

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Settings.​

Disable Block All Cookies

  1. Navigate to the Privacy and Security section.​

  2. Click on Cookies and other site data.​

  3. Under General settings, select Allow all cookies to enable third-party cookies.​

Note: If you're still experiencing issues accessing your course after enabling third-party cookies, consider clearing your browser cache and restarting Chrome.
