In this article, we’ll show you how to access your Learning programs both on a web browser and through the Bridge mobile app as a Coach or Admin user.
Tip: We recommend completing the assigned Learning programs using the mobile app for the best experience.
Mobile App (iOS and Android)
Log in to the Bridge mobile app.
Tap the Calendar icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Under the Today list, you’ll see all available Learning programs (scroll down to view additional programs).
Tap a Learning program to open the program page. All courses within that program will be displayed.
Tap on any course to begin.
Web Browser on a Computer
Make sure your browser settings are optimized. Refer to this article for recommended settings.
Log in to Bridge using a supported browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Safari.
Click on the Learning Library module.
Select the Learning program you’ve been assigned. You will be taken to the Assigned Members tab.
Find and click your name within the Assigned Members list. This will take you to your profile page.
All assigned Learning programs will appear in the Today module. Click See All to view the complete list.
Alternatively, you can find Learning programs in the Schedule module by using the Select Program dropdown menu.
Click on a Learning program to access the program page. All courses within that program will be listed.
Click any course to begin.
Important Considerations
Programs will remain accessible under the Today and Schedule modules until they are fully completed, even past the program due date.
If you exit a course before completing it, your progress is saved. A green dot will appear to indicate the course has been started.
Once a course is fully completed, a green check mark will appear.
Web:
Mobile App:
You can re-access completed programs and courses at any time.
On the web, go to the Schedule module and scroll down until you see a gray line. Any programs listed below this line have been completed. Click on a program to open and review it again.
On the mobile app, use the calendar view to scroll by month. Any date that displays a green checkmark indicates a completed Learning Program. Tap the date to view and re-access the program.
