Calendar programs automatically move to your Completed folder 60 days after the last scheduled workout on the program calendar. This helps keep your active program library organized without requiring manual cleanup.

How Auto-Completion Works

BridgeAthletic tracks the last workout scheduled on your program calendar. Once 60 days have passed since that final workout date, the program automatically moves to your Completed folder.

What Happens During Auto-Completion

When a program auto-completes:

  • The program moves to the Completed folder

  • Athletes can no longer access the program for new workouts

  • Athletes can still review their completed workout history

Preventing Auto-Completion

To keep a program active, extend the program calendar by adding a new phase with enough workouts to extend beyond the current 60-day window.

Reactivating a Completed Program

To use a completed program again, you must clone it to create a new active version. Learn more about finding and cloning completed programs.
