If a program isn't appearing in your library, it may be marked as complete or have reached auto-completion. Bridge offers several ways to locate and manage these programs.

Viewing Completed Programs

To see completed programs in your library:

  1. Navigate to the Programs tab in your library

  2. Click the checkbox next to Completed

All programs marked as complete will now display in your library view.

Bridge Tip: Once a program is marked as complete, it cannot be edited or assigned to athletes. You'll need to clone the program to create a new assignable version.

Understanding Auto-Completion

Calendar-based programs automatically mark as complete 60 days after the last scheduled workout date. This helps keep your library organized by moving inactive programs out of your active view. If you need to continue using an auto-completed program, you can clone it to create a new version.

Reassigning a Completed Program

To reassign a completed program to athletes:

  1. Locate the completed program using the steps above

  2. Clone the program to create a new version

  3. The cloned program will appear in your library as an unassigned program, ready to be assigned

Bridge Tip: Deleted programs, phases, workouts, and blocks cannot be recovered.
