You can easily modify your athlete's training schedule in Bridge's calendar programs. Use the program calendar to change workout days, adjust start dates, rearrange weeks, clone weeks, or delete weeks—all from a single interface.
Bridge Tip: Any edits made in the program library will be delivered to all athletes assigned to that program.
Accessing the Program Calendar
Navigate to your athlete's program calendar
Click on the program in the library to open the program overview
Editing Training Days
Drag and Drop Workout Days
Drag and drop individual training days within a week to change scheduled workout days or reorder workouts.
Managing Week Structure
Rearrange Weeks
Click the three dots on the right side of the week you want to move
Select Rearrange Week from the dropdown menu
Drag and drop the week to your desired position
Click Save
Clone a Week
Click the three dots to the right of the week you want to duplicate
Select Clone Week from the dropdown menu
The cloned week appears after the last week in the phase
Use the rearrange function to move it to your desired position
Bridge Tip: Cloning weeks saves time when creating similar training blocks or repeating workout patterns.
Delete a Week
Click the three dots to the right of the week you want to remove
Select Delete Week from the dropdown menu
Confirm the deletion
