You can schedule breaks in your training program to accommodate vacations, competitions, or off-season periods without interrupting the program flow or filling your athletes' calendars with missed workouts. This article walks you through adding and positioning break weeks within an existing program phase.
Planning Your Break
Before making changes in the Builder, determine the length of your scheduled break. Consider factors like team vacations, competition schedules, or planned off-season periods to calculate how many weeks athletes will be away from training.
Bridge Tip: Plan breaks in advance to maintain program continuity and prevent workout assignments during periods when athletes cannot train.
Adding Break Weeks to Your Program

Navigate to your program from the Library and click Edit to open the Builder.
Step 2: Open the Phase that Requires Edits

βRepeat as needed (e.g., click twice for a 2-week break)
β
Bridge Tip: New weeks are automatically added to the end of the phase. You'll reposition them in the next step.
