You can modify your athletes' training schedule directly from the program calendar. This article covers how to edit and rearrange training days, manage week structure, and update your program's start date.

Bridge Tip: Any edits made in the program library will be delivered to all athletes assigned to that program.
Edit Training Days
You can drag and drop individual training days within a week to reorder workouts or change which days they fall on.
Open the program from your program library.
Navigate to the Program Calendar.
Click and drag a training day to your desired position within the week.
Manage Week Structure
Use the three-dot menu on any week to access options for rearranging, cloning, or deleting that week.
Rearrange Weeks
Click the three dots to the right of the week you want to move.
Select Rearrange Week from the dropdown menu.
Drag the week to your desired position.
Click Save.
Clone a Week
Cloning is useful when you want to repeat a training pattern or build similar blocks without starting from scratch.
Click the three dots to the right of the week you want to duplicate.
Select Clone Week from the dropdown menu.
The cloned week will appear after the last week in the phase.
Use Rearrange Week to move it to your preferred position.
Delete a Week
Click the three dots to the right of the week you want to remove.
Select Delete Week from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the deletion.
Edit the Program Start Date
If your program timeline changes, you can update the start date from the Program Page.
Click the Settings & Sharing tab.
Find Program Duration and click Edit.
Select your new start date.
Click Save to apply the change.
