You can easily edit your athlete's training schedule on Bridge. Learn how to change workout days, change your programs start date, re-arrange weeks, clone weeks and delete weeks all from the program calendar.

The first step is to navigate to your athlete's program calendar. Then, click on the program in the library. This will open the program overview (Please note: Any edits made on this page will be delivered to all athletes assigned to the program.)

Drag & Drop:
Drag and drop days within the assigned week to change scheduled workout days or re-order workouts.

Rearrange Weeks:
Click on the three dots on the right of each week. Select "Rearrange Week" from the drop down menu. Drag and drop to re-arrange the order. Then click save and the calendar will update.

Change Start Date:
To change the start date of your phase you will first need to click on "Program Duration". This is located in the General Information panel to the right of the program calendar.  Click "edit". A calendar page will open. Click on the week you would like the phase to start and then click "save". The program will then update accordingly.

Clone Week:
Click on the three dots to the right of the week you would like to clone. Select "Clone Week" from the drop down menu. The week will then be added after the last current week in the phase. To move the week follow the above steps to rearrange weeks.

Delete Week:
Click on the three dots to the right of the week you would like to delete. Then select "Delete Week" from the drop down menu.
