If your athletes have a vacation planned and you don't want to interrupt the training program or fill their calendars with missed workouts, then you will need to follow these steps:

Step 1:

First, determine how many weeks the athlete will be missing. In this example, the team will have a 2 week break from lifting while they train for a pre-season competition.

Step 2:

Navigate to the program builder from the library.

Step 3:

Open the phase that needs the break. In this example, the break will happen between the 3rd and 4th week of Phase One (Foundational Strength Phase)

Step 4:

Select "add week"

Since this is a 2 week break, I will select "add week" twice.

This break will occur between the 3rd and 4th week but the blank weeks will automatically be added to the end of the phase.

Step 5:

Next, you will rearrange the weeks from the program overview page. You will drag and drop the weeks where they belong on the calendar.
