Our app supports .mp4 and .mov video files. Please be sure the video is no larger than 480p and is less than 30 seconds in length for best results.
This feature is only available for Strength Coach, Enterprise, and Personal Trainer Professional and Business packages.
Navigate your Library and select the 'Exercises' tab to add media to your exercises. This is where all of your exercises are stored and where you can make adjustments to them as you see fit.
Once under this tab, search for the exercise you wish to upload a video for or create a new exercise by clicking "New Exercise" in the bottom left corner.
This page is where you can add information about this exercise like exercise cues, preset parameters, and add tags.
Choose 'Import' under the Media module to upload a video to accompany this exercise.
Note: If another video is already added to this exercise when you upload your additional media both videos will be shown the in the Media Module. Select the video you added and then click on the "Make Default" button.
To create a thumbnail for your exercise that will display before the athlete clicks on the video play the video and pause it where you want the thumbnail to be. Then click on "Take Snapshot". This will take a photo of this part of the video to save as the the thumbnail.
The image you took will then be displayed under the image tab on the right side of the Media Module.
Please note, Wifi and data quality on phones can be poor in many locations and this can impact video speed or functionality. Additionally, the size of videos can make impact the speed that the video uploads and plays for the athletes on their device. Be wary of making your videos too long: 15-30 seconds is the sweet spot.
If it's important for you to have longer videos (or videos with sound) follow this tip to decrease video size and to get them working hyper fast on the BridgeTracker mobile app:
Step 1: Find the movie file (.mov, .mp4, or other). Go to file > export > 480p.
Step 2: Take the new 480p file and upload it to BridgeTracker.
