If you want to create your own exercises, you have two different options.

1. Quick create from the phase builder

This option lets you create a new exercise as you are building your program. You can then add details like media, tags, and equipment which you will see outlined in step 2.

To create an exercise as you are building, simply click "Add exercise". If the exercise doesn't already exist, select "Create new exercise". ย

2. Add an exercise from the Library, and add details to exercises created in the phase builder

Navigate to the Library from the homepage by clicking "Library".

Then click the exercises tab.

Then click on your organization name (for this example the org name is BridgeAthletic Performance).

You will then see any custom exercises that you have created. From here you can either edit an existing exercise by clicking on it or create a new one by clicking "New Exercise" located on the bottom left of the exercise library.

In this example, we'll edit the exercise that we created previously. Add a description and set the default parameters if you'd like. The only required information is the exercise name.

Then click "Save".

Once you save these details, you can add tags, equipment, muscle groups and media.

To add tags, simply start typing to bring up a list of existing tags. If nothing appears, type your tag and press "Enter" on your keyboard to create a new tag. In the screenshot below, I am tagging "stability." This will help to find exercises easier when searching for them in the program builder.

From here, you can import a video of the exercise and take snapshots from the video. Use the upload button in the bottom right corner.

Once your video appears, you can use the "Take snapshot" button to capture still images. Click on images to add a description.

Once finished with the description, click "Done". The video, images and stills will appear for your athletes in the mobile and iPad applications.
