You can create custom exercises in two areas within Bridge:
Directly from the Builder while building out your programs.
By manually adding exercises in the Training Library, either in a large batch of multiple exercises, individually in the exercise library, or directly importing from YouTube.
Adding your own exercises allows you to personalize programming and include media, tags, and equipment details for easier organization.
Option 1: Create From the Builder
This method lets you add a new exercise while building your program.
In the Builder, click Add Exercise.
Begin typing in the Exercise name. If the exercise does not already exist, click Create New Exercise.
Take things one step further and add exercise details.
When creating or editing an exercise, you can enter the following information:
Exercise Name
Description
Default Parameters
Add Tags
Add Media - You can upload videos and capture still images to help athletes understand the exercise.
Click Save when finished.
Option 2: Add From the Training Library
You can also create and manage exercises directly in the Training Library. You can add exercises individually as well as using bulk upload feature. Additionally, exercises can be added quickly and easily by directly importing from youtube!
