When you assign a program to an athlete, it will appear in their mobile app in one of two ways: as a Calendar Program tied to specific training dates, or as a Playlist Program presented as a flexible, self-paced list of workouts. This article covers how each experience looks and works from the athlete's perspective.

Calendar Programs on Mobile
Once you assign a calendar program, your athletes can view their scheduled workouts directly on their in-app calendar. When an athlete taps on a specific date, they'll see exactly which workout is assigned for that day.
Athletes can also swipe down to see their full calendar at a glance, giving them a high-level view of their training schedule and attendance history.
Here's a quick guide to the calendar icons:
π’ Green dot β Workout started or in progress
π΄ Red dot β Missed workout
β Green checkmark β Completed workout
βͺ White dot β Scheduled workout
Bridge Tip: Calendar programs expire 60 days after the last scheduled workout. The program will be removed from the athlete's active calendar, but all training data is preserved.
You can find completed programs by selecting the Completed filter in your Training Library.
Playlist Programs on Mobile
Once you assign a playlist program, athletes can access the full list of workouts by tapping on any date in the app. When they first log in, they'll automatically be directed to today's date.
From there, the athlete taps the program name to see the available workouts and select which one to complete.
A few things to know about playlist programs:
Athletes can swipe to advance to the next phase at any time, without waiting for a specific date
Workouts within a phase can be repeated as many times as needed
The program stays active and assigned until you remove it from the athlete's profile
All exercise history is accessible
Both program types are powerful ways to deliver training to your athletes. Use Calendar Programs when your training is tied to specific dates and you want built-in schedule accountability. Use Playlist Programs when flexibility matters and athletes should move through workouts at their own pace.
