How to Assign Your First Training Program

Once your program is finalized, you can quickly assign it to your athletes so they can start training right away. This short video walks you through the process from your program library to assigning to a team or individual.

Key Steps:

  • Open your program from the Training Library

  • Click Assign Training from the Program Overview

  • Choose your team(s), athletes, and coaches

  • Select your assignment type โ€” Calendar Program or Playlist

  • Set your schedule and start dates

  • Review your selections and assign

Bridge Tip:
Use the Calendar Program option if you want to assign specific training dates.

Choose Playlist if you prefer athletes to work through sessions at their own pace.
