Overview of the different ways to assign training to your athletes

You can assign training in two ways:

  1. Calendar Program: A set schedule showing completed and missed programs. This is great for athletes who follow a strict training and competition schedule.

  2. Playlist Program: A more flexible way to distribute training to your population of athletes. This works well for athletes with a fluid schedule and requires more involvement and accountability from the individual.
