Offering free products is an effective way to promote sample programs or trial periods. When you set a product as free, athletes can join without needing to enter payment information.

Setting Up a Free Product
To create a free product:
Navigate to Business Hub
Click Create New Product
Complete the product details
Ensure pricing is set to Free (default for new products)
Select the program to assign
Click Publish
Member Enrollment
When athletes join a free product, they:
Click the Join button
Enter their name and email (no payment required)
Gain immediate program access
Are automatically added to your team roster and will count towards your total athlete count
Managing Members in Business Hub
Access your free-product members through the Members Management tab in the Business Hub. From here, you can view program assignments, enrollment status, and deactivate members individually or in bulk.
Bridge Tip: Use Business Hub to identify athletes who complete free trials and may be ready for paid programs.
Automatic Deactivation
Set up automatic deactivation to help manage time-limited free products. When automatic deactivation is enabled, the athlete is automatically removed from the roster at the specified time.
If an athlete has another active program or subscription, they will remain active on your roster but will lose access to the free product. Otherwise, they will be fully deactivated and removed from your team roster.
Bridge Tip: Stay engaged with deactivated trial users by creating targeted campaigns to convert them into paying customers after they've experienced your programming.
