Workouts on the fly are a great way to quickly build an individual workout. Check out this article on how to get started with a workout on the fly.

Please note, when you are first creating the workout the exercises, block, or workouts selected will be applied to all the athlete's selected workouts. However, after this initial creation, any other elements added to the workout will be to individual workouts.

How to Add Exercises, Workouts, & Blocks to workouts on the fly:

Exercises:

  1. To build your workout by exercise, navigate to the "Exercises" tab

  2. Search and select the exercises you would like to put into your first block before clicking "insert".

  3. After your first block is inserted, you can add additional blocks by tapping "New Block" or "Template Block".

Workouts:

  1. To build your workout with a template workout, navigate to the "Workouts" tab.

  2. Search through the template workouts, tap on the workout to preview, then press "Insert".

  3. Once the template workout is inserted, you can edit the existing sets and add new exercises or blocks.

Blocks:

  1. To begin your workout with a template block, navigate to the "Blocks" tab.

  2. Search through the template blocks, tap on the block to preview, then press "insert".

  3. Once the template block is inserted, you can edit the existing exercises and add new exercises or blocks.

As you're creating workouts on the fly save your work as templates so you can easily add it to other workouts!
