Are you looking to move multiple athletes to another team? Would you like move their active programs with them to their new team?
Here is how you can do this in four easy-steps!
Note: this feature is only available to Platinum (Sports, Tactical and Private) Enterprise accounts.
From your homepage > Members > Manage Members > Bulk Transfer Athletes
Select the athletes you want to move to another team
For each athlete: select their From Team and the To Team.
Using the toggle, select whether you want to transfer their active programs too!
Important: If you choose to complete their program, they will be permanently marked as completed.
By default, all active programs are set to transfer with the athlete (Green toggle ON).
For programs you do not want to transfer, you can toggle this OFF (grey toggle)
Any program that isn't transferred will be marked as completed. This action is not reversible.
When you've completed your selections click Next
You can choose to send email notifications to your athletes informing them that they have been added to new teams
This functionality is best used to transfer athletes to new teams in bulk while keeping their programs active. If you're looking to just transfer an athlete's program between two teams they are on we suggest doing this from the athlete's calendar. Here's how.
