Are you looking to add your custom exercise videos to your BridgeAthletic library?

Here is a walkthrough on how to easily upload 20+ videos at a time to your movement library at once! You can then seamlessly pair them with exercises โ€“ all on a single screen!

Step 1: Navigate to your Library > Exercises and choose Bulk Upload Videos (located on the bottom left of the screen; see screenshot below).

Step 2: Upload Your Videos

Make sure your videos are readily available on your computer. Your videos can be in any video format (.mp4, .mov, etc.) and each can be up to 85 MB in size.

When you're ready to begin, select "Upload Videos"

Step 3: Organize Your Videos

  • Once your videos have been successfully uploaded, you can start matching them to corresponding exercises!

Note: The files upload exactly as they are saved on your computer so we suggest naming your files to correspond to the movement.

  • Click into the Search tab to search for an exercise or to scroll through the list.

  • If you wish to create a new exercise, simply click on the "Create new exercise" option after typing in the exercise's name.

Note: You can always choose to upload additional videos by clicking on "Upload More Videos" on the top right.

Bonus Tip: Unmatched Uploaded Videos

Any videos that are not paired with an exercise will remain listed under Uploaded Videos. These will be stored in the cloud and will appear the next time you open "Bulk Upload Exercises".

If you wish to remove an uploaded video, just hover your cursor over it and then click on the Trash icon that becomes visible on the right-hand side.
