How to log workouts on the fly from the web

Log template workouts as Workouts on the Fly (WOF) for your athletes directly from the web. This is a great tool if access to the phone or tablet app isn't available or if you want to mark attendance for training after the workout.

These workouts will appear as Workouts on the Fly and can be any template workout that is saved.

How to do this:

Begin by navigating to the team or an athlete's profile. You can log a Workout on the Fly as completed for a single athlete, multiple athletes, or an entire team.

On the top navigation, select "Log Workout on the Fly."

From here, you will select the athlete(s).

Next, coaches can choose any template workout to log.

Once the workout is selected the workout date and name can be adjusted.

The workout will then be marked as complete on the athlete's calendar under the "workout on the fly" program.
