The Activity Report is a powerful tool that allows coaches to track and analyze workout-related information all in one place. Here’s how you can effectively view completed workouts and leverage the insights provided.
Viewing Completed Workouts
Completed workouts are displayed in the Activity Report on the organization (home page), team, and athlete level.
Information Displayed
For each completed workout, the following details will be available:
Duration: The total time spent on the workout.
RPE: If entered in the post-workout form, you’ll see the RPE for each session
Sessional RPE: This provides an average RPE for the session.
Weekly Load Averages: An overview of load for the week, helping you to track training intensity over time.
Engaging with Workouts
Coaches have several options for interacting with completed workouts directly from the Activity Report:
Workout Replies: You can provide feedback or comments on individual workouts. This feature is available on both desktop and mobile platforms. Learn more here.
2. Create Reports: Depending on your package, you can generate the below reports. Access these reports by selecting the analyze icon.
Prescribed vs. Actual (From the athlete page)
Sessional RPE (Enterprise Only)
Load analysis reports (Enterprise Only)
3. Review Full Workout Details: To access comprehensive information about a specific workout, look for the paper icon next to the workout entry. Clicking this icon will allow you to review the workout in full.
