How to filter students

The Students page includes filters that help you quickly find the students efficiently. The filters on the Students page are there to make your work simpler. Instead of scrolling through everything, you can quickly find the students you need and make updates in just a few clicks.

How to Filter Students

Step 1: Start by going to the Students page from the left-side menu.

Step 2: You’ll see a few basic filters available, such as Account Status, Graduation Year, and Advisor. You can use any of these to begin refining your list.

If you’re looking for more specific criteria, simply click on More Filters below the search bar. This will open additional options like country of interest, subject preferences, and more, so you can tailor your search more precisely.

Step 3: Once you’ve selected the filters you need, your student list will automatically update.

For example, you might choose:

  • Graduation Year: 2026

  • Advisor: Assigned to Advisors

  • Account Status: Active

All the filters you apply will appear at the top of the page, next to the Hide Filters option. If you’d like a cleaner view, you can click Hide Filters to temporarily collapse the filter panel and use Show Filters whenever you want to bring it back.

Step 4: If you ever want to change/update your filter, you can easily remove any filter by clicking the close icon (×) next to it. The list will instantly refresh, helping you explore different groups of students with ease.
