Your Account Settings contain your personal details in BridgeU, including your name, email address, school, and graduation year.
This article will guide you through how to access your Account Settings, update your personal information, and reset your password.

How do I access my Account settings in BridgeU?
To access your Account Settings, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your BridgeU account.
Click on the round pink profile icon located in the top-right corner of your screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.
You will then be directed to your Account page, where you can view and manage your details.
How do I edit details in my Account Settings in BridgeU?
You can update most of the information available in your Account Settings.
To make changes:
Navigate to your Account Settings.
Click Edit next to the relevant field.
Enter the updated information and click on Save to update your changes.
Please note that you will not be able to edit your email address, school name, and graduation year yourself.
If you would like to update any of these fields, please contact your school advisor/counselor for assistance.
How do I reset my BridgeU password?
Step 1: Please navigate to your Account Settings. Click the Reset button next to the Password field.
A pop-up window will appear. If you would like to proceed, click Reset your password to confirm.
Step 2: A green banner will appear on the page notifying you that a password reset email has been sent
Step 3: You will receive an email from BridgeU Postman: pat@bridge-u.com with instructions. Click on Change my password and you’ll be directed to a different page to add and confirm your new password. After this, the change will be confirmed.
If you cannot access your BridgeU account and need to reset your password, you can click Forgot your password? on the main BridgeU login page to receive a password reset email.
