This guide covers common issues and quick solutions to help you navigate the platform smoothly.

Login or access issues

If you are unable to log in or access certain features, here are a few things to check:

  • Forgotten password: Use the “Forgot Password?” option on the BridgeU login page to reset your password via email.

  • Activation email not received: Check your spam/junk folder. If not there, ask your school admin to resend the activation email. Ensure your school's email domain allows automated emails from BridgeU.

  • Can't access a specific feature:Your user role may not have the required permissions. Please contact your school administrator to review and update your access level if needed.

Course or university not available in BridgU

If a university or specific course is not in BridgeU's database, you can request it to be added. Please contact our support team via Live Chat or by emailing hi@bridge-u.com and include the below information for our reference so we can review this further for you:

  • The full university name and country

  • The specific course name and code (if applicable)

  • Application deadline/urgency

  • Official university website URL

The team will review and advise on expected timelines.

Student showing under incorrect graduation year on the Counselor Dashboard

After updating a student's graduation year from the student edit page, the Counselor Dashboard should automatically reflect the change.

If the student still appears under the old graduation year, try the following:

  • Refresh the Counselor Dashboard page to load the latest data.

  • Verify that the graduation year has been saved correctly on the student profile.

  • If the issue persists after refreshing, contact BridgeU Support for further assistance.
