BridgeU Advisor Optimization – M1 Student Profile and Student List
We’ve successfully rolled out the first milestone of BridgeU Advisor Optimization – Milestone 1, focused on the two areas advisors use most every day:

PSHE - BridgeU
We’ve successfully rolled out PSHE on the BridgeU platform for all regions.
This marks an important step in making high-value content directly accessible within the platform, improving usability and advisor experience.
What’s Now Available for Advisors
Full PSHE content access within BridgeU (with an active subscription and enabling by CPs).
Ability to view and download content via Google Drive, which is natively integrated into the BridgeU platform.

Bree ai on BridgeU has a new look
We introduced Bree AI to BridgeU students last quarter, and we've now upgraded Bree with a new Avatar look! As a reminder, Bree AI is available to students using BridgeU and functions similarly to Saige AI in Cialfo. So far on average we're seeing around 8% of students using BridgeU engage with Bree.

BridgeU Connections in Explore
Universities can now see all their connections in the Explore platform, especially if they have connections from both BridgeU & Cialfo. This is controlled via a flag on the Explore platform.
Universities can also filter the connections by school platform, and this is visible in their download as well.
With this project now the Google Sheets that clients used to use to check their BridgeU connections are no longer needed.

Bree AI has launched to BridgeU students
BridgeU students now have access to Bree, a chatbot similar to Siage in Cialfo. Bree AI is accessible in the top navigation panel, and opens up as a chat sidebar with an introduction and some suggested prompts.
Comet ad space on BridgeU login screen
Users on the BridgeU login screen see Comet promotions, starting with the Duolingo English Test (DET) 15% discount. Clicking the banner leads to an inquiry form to register interest in the deal/discount.

BridgeU Onboarding & Re-Onboarding
We’ve made changes to BridgeU to strengthen how we capture key student data.

This enables us to deliver a more personalized experience for students and their counselors, and helps us identify and target students that are a good fit for our monetization goals (placements, marketplace, marketing etc.). In particular academic grades, budget, and first choice destination are key 'ABD' data points we use to qualify students for placements.
New fields we have added for both new and returning users include:
Citizenship
First choice destination
Budget
Phone number
New re-onboarding flow for returning users:
Students are welcomed back to BridgeU and asked to review and update their information
Targeted at
Students who have not been active in the last 45 days
Students who have yet to encounter the new fields we added

Our marketplace of all-in-one international student services is now live on the BridgeU student app. Please note the name and logo will be changing to ‘Comet’ soon. Work is in progress to make this available to Cialfo students on core as well. Marketplace serves student needs that aren’t typically within a school counseling remit, and also supports lead gen and revenue gen for Placements.
We’ve enhanced the Advisor facing ‘Student Progress’ feature with a dedicated page to view each Activity. This includes a description of the activity with more details about which students have or haven’t completed it. Advisors are key to driving student engagement, which underpins both our student/school retention and monetisation efforts.
