We’re excited to announce the rollout of Workspaces on Briink! This new feature is designed to enhance how you manage projects and collaborate.
Here's everything you need to know about the transition and how to make the most of this change.
What's happening?
If you're a user of Briink, you're now being moved to a workspace.
A workspace is a shared environment that will enable you to create assessments and share resources (like documents and assessments) with your colleagues. Workspaces will have an admin, who manages billing and workspace members. Learn more about workspaces.
We will also be introducing a new pricing system based on seats and credits. Learn more about how credits work.
For the next month, your personal plan will remain active and fully functional under a special Transition plan. During this time, you’ll receive 500 free credits*, giving you plenty of room to finish any ongoing projects and explore your upgrade options.
What do you get if you are added to a Transition plan?
500 free credits for one month on your personal workspace (see also: what are credits in Briink?).
Continued access to all the tools you’re used to in your personal workspace.
Time to make up your mind about whether you want to upgrade your current workspace, create a new workspace or join a colleague’s workspace.
What you should do next
Here’s how you can make the most of this transition period:
Use your 500 Free Credits in your Personal workspace: These credits will allow you to continue using Briink without interruption in your personal workspace for the next month. Finish any ongoing tasks and explore all the features available in your new workspace setup.
Decide how you want to upgrade:
During the transition, you’ll have time to explore your options.
Upgrade your transition workspace to a Teams or Enterprise Plan: If you prefer to continue using Briink for personal or team projects after the transition period, upgrading to the Teams or Enterprise plan will keep you up and running after the transition period.
Working in a team? Don’t forget to add your colleagues to your workspace!
Join a colleague’s workspace: If this hasn’t happened already, your workspace admin will send you an invitation to join their Teams or Enterprise workspace.
Create a new workspace for Teams or Enterprise: You can also set up a new workspace, for a fresh start. Don’t forget to subscribe to a Teams or Enterprise plan to keep enjoying Briink!
What happens after the Transition Period?
After the one-month transition plan ends, any existing workspace without an active subscription will automatically move to a Legacy Plan. Here’s what you can expect:
View-only mode (Legacy plan): You’ll be able to see your existing projects, download files, and export results. However, to continue creating new work or using premium features on your personal plan, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
0 Credits: You won’t have any credits to run new assessments on your personal plan, but you can still access all your previous work.
Timeline and actions
Now: Transition to workspaces begins with 500 free credits for one month on your personal workspace.
During the month: Decide whether you want to upgrade your personal workspace to a Team, or Custom Enterprise plan, or, if you haven’t been added to your team’s workspace already, ask to join a colleague’s Teams or Enterprise workspace.
After one month: Workspaces without a subscription will move to the Legacy Plan, with view-only access and no credits.
Upgrade anytime: Can’t make up your mind right away? You can upgrade at any point during the transition period or after, depending on your needs.
What you should focus on during the Transition period:
Wrap up any current projects on your personal plan (future Legacy Plan) by using your free 500 credits.
Explore the new workspace features to see how they can improve your workflow.
I already have a paid subscription to Briink, what will happen?
If your organization already has a paid subscription to Briink, we will automatically convert it to a Teams or Enterprise subscription. An Admin will be designated, a new workspace will be created and linked to this subscription, and any Briink user associated with your account will be added as a Member to the Admin's workspace.
During the transition period, you and your team members will still have access to your current Personal workspace, as described above.
For Enterprise plans or Team plans with multiple seats, the designated workspace admin will be contacted by your account manager with further details.
