How do I withdraw funds?
1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Wallet, located in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Then select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and click Create request.
3. Please note that each payment method has different limits and fees, which you can view at the bottom of the Wallet window.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are usually processed within the first few minutes and take an average of 5 to 30 minutes. We process withdrawals 24/7, including weekends.
Withdrawal speed may depend on how busy the payment system is, but the maximum waiting time is 24 hours, in accordance with our regulations.
Withdrawal status: "Processing." What does this mean?
The status "Processing" means that we have approved your withdrawal request and the transaction is being transferred. The funds have already been sent for processing and should soon arrive in your account.
The wait can be up to 3 days, although transactions are usually completed much faster.
What should I keep in mind before withdrawing funds?
Before withdrawing funds, please note that every transaction is checked for compliance with all the website rules set out in our User Agreement. If you have complied with all the rules, your withdrawal will be approved and its status will change to "Processing", which means it has passed the check successfully.
If you used your deposit funds to win, you should have no problems withdrawing your winnings.
Withdrawal status: "Error." What should I do?
If your withdrawal request was declined, be sure to contact our support team to find out why it was canceled. They will help you resolve the issue and provide the necessary recommendations.
If a withdrawal to your mobile bank account has not arrived within 3 business days, contact our support team and we will be happy to help.
