How It Works
When you assign a guide to a trip:
Brindlechute sends an email notification to the guide with a link to their Trip Details view.
The guide can access this link without being logged in, and without having a Brindlechute account.
This Trip Details view includes:
Trip date and time
Client and logistical information (if shared)
Notes for the guide
A form to submit their guide report
What If the Guide Signs Up Later?
If the guide later creates a Brindlechute account with the same email you used to assign them:
All previously assigned trips will automatically appear in their account.
They can view, report on, and manage those trips without any reassignment needed.
Connection Not Required for Assignments
Being “connected” to your outfitter in Brindlechute is not required to:
Receive or view trip assignments
Submit guide reports
Connection is only needed for additional features like:
Sharing availability
Uploading documents
Receiving payments directly
