Outfitters are team efforts—shop staff, managers, and owners all play a role. Adding members to your Brindlechute account ensures each person has their own login and can access the tools they need to keep bookings running and guests supported, without relying on shared credentials.
How to Invite a Team Member
Open your member list
Click your outfitter name in the top left to open Organization settings, then select Members.Copy the Invite Message
Brindlechute provides a pre-filled message with a unique join code. Click to copy.Share the Code
Send the message via email, Slack, or text.Join codes expire after 24 hours. If it expires, just copy a fresh one from the same screen.
What the Member Sees
When a new member starts sign-up:
They enter their first and last name.
They receive a one-time password (OTP) via email to verify identity.
They input the join code to connect to your organization.
Once complete, they’ll appear in your Members list with the Admin role by default. Review their role after they join and change it if needed. Learn how member roles and permissions work
Tip: Each role starts with a set of default permissions, but you aren't limited to them. On the Role permissions screen you can switch individual permissions on or off for a role — so if a Booking Manager needs to edit experiences, you can grant that access without moving them to Admin. See How member roles and permissions work in Brindlechute.
