Sometimes you do not want clients to see meetup details too early. Brindlechute lets you hide the meetup location and time until a set number of days before the trip starts. This is helpful if you are still confirming logistics, weather, or guide plans.
How to update meetup visibility settings
Click your organization name then click Settings.
Click the Client settings tab.
Scroll to the Client itinerary section, find Hide meetup location and time on client itinerary before trip?
Turn the toggle ON if you want to hide the meetup location and time until closer to the trip.
Enter the number of days before the trip start date when clients should be able to see those details.
Turn the toggle OFF if you want clients to see the meetup location and time on their itinerary right away.
How this setting works
When this setting is ON, clients will only see the meetup location and time starting the number of days you entered before the trip start date.
Example:
If you enter 2, clients will see the meetup location and time 2 days before the trip start date.
When this setting is OFF, clients can see the meetup location and time on their itinerary as soon as that information is included in the booking.
Good to know
This setting only controls the visibility of the meetup location and time in the client itinerary. It is a simple way to hold back final trip details until you are ready to share them.
Using this setting helps you keep client itineraries clear and accurate while giving your team more flexibility to finalize trip details behind the scenes.
