Definition:
The client has made a partial payment, but no remaining payment is currently scheduled.
Example:
The client pays $250 on a $1,000 booking by check, and no auto-payment is set up. The booking shows “Needs Payment.”
Details:
Often triggered by manual payments (checks, offline methods).
There’s still a remaining balance, and Brindlechute won’t automatically charge it.
Action Required:
Follow up with the client to collect the rest.
